How Ordamo uses your data
Ordamo stores Shopify, Google Ads, and invoice data so your organization can see reporting and profit-and-loss. We do not sell it, show it to other merchants, or use it to train public models.
- Each organization only sees its own orders, ads, and invoices inside the app.
- Shopify and Google tokens are encrypted at rest. A database dump is not enough to reconnect your store without Ordamo's key.
- Invoice PDFs are stored in private object storage, scoped to your organization.
- We do not provide a platform-owner dashboard to browse another shop's P&L. Support dumps happen only if you ask.
Ordamo runs on our servers, so the app can still read the numbers it shows you. This page is a product promise, not zero-knowledge encryption of your P&L.
